Installation Queries

I am new to SQL Server RS so apologies for these questions.
Can someone please answer the following:
Do I install RS on the same server as SQL Server resides? I am assuming
YES.
Do i need to install anything on my web server which is a separate machine,
or does RS and SQL Server need to be on the webserver?
Do i need to install anything on my Development PC that has visual studio
2003 installed?

SQL Server and IIS can be on different machines.
Do i need to install anything on my Development PC that has visual studio
2003 installed?
The only requirement for installing report designer is VS .NET 2003 (or
later) and MDAC 2.6 or higher.
