Installed client tools but they don't show up in VS.Net

According to
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/microsoft.public.sqlserver.reportingsvcs/browse_thread/thread/7fcbd1e9109b9b4b/67a26738d8cd2126?q=install+client+vs.net,
when I install the client components of SQL Reporting Services, the add-ins
should automatically be added to VS.Net. I've tried it several times, but the
add-ins don't show up.
How can I add these? I see the components on my hard drive (C:\Program
Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Report Designer) but there is nothing in
the RS help about adding them - it assumes that the install takes care of
that.
TIA!In VS.NET, select File > New > Blank Solution
Then, do you see Business Intelligence Projects among your choices?
