Installing issue (Log included)

When I try to install MSDE it just stops, the progress bar rolls back.
I've looked through the log file, but I guess I dont know what I am looking
for.
http://www.bercell.com/logfiles.htm (get the log file here)
I am using Windows 2003 Standard edition, with all updates installed. If
someone can take a look at the log I would really appriciate it. Also if you
see something wrong, past the part of the log so I can check it out also.
For some reason clicking on the link doesnt work, it seems to add a space
after the .htm. Just remove the space in the browser and the page should
come up.
