Installation error

I am installing Reporting Service to my computer. (OS: Windows XP) And get an
error message (1603) during the step of configuring sql server.
Error message:

Any idea to solve this problem. Thank you very much.Is this a Chinese Traditional OS? If not can you check your 'Regional and
Language Options' under the control panel. Click on the advanced tab and
see what the 'Language for non-Unicode programs' is set to?
