Installation Fails -> need sp3a but there's a sp4??

I installed RS developer edition on windows 2000 with sp4.
Also there's SQL 2000 with sp4.
During the installation where missing:
1)VS 2003
2)Authz.dll
I installed it without those things.I download the Authz.dll and add it 2
system32 and Reinstalled the RS but somewhere in the middle there was error
that Reporting services requier sql 2000 with sp3a but i have sp4!!!
What 2 do?well the solution was as expected with microsoft products:
Remove sp4 and install it again.
